What a BioCoupler Does:

Connects Two Jars: It links the mouths of two standard 70mm glass jars to create a closed system.

Regulates Fluid Flow: The device lets liquid medium flow between jars—usually from a lower “media jar” to an upper “culture jar”—based on a scheduled or passive immersion cycle.

Includes a Filter: It has a microporous vent filter to equalise pressure with the outside air but block contaminants (bacteria, fungi, etc.).

Facilitates Temporary Immersion: It allows plant tissue to be periodically submerged in liquid medium, promoting healthy growth without constant saturation (which can lead to problems like hyperhydricity).
